About The Foundation
The foundation was established federally in Canada with a goal to support those in need nationally.
We are starting our work locally in Ottawa, and then will expand provincially and nationally over the next few years based on availability of funds.

Given that we seek to fill a gap in services already provided in certain regions, we hope to qualify from government funding in Canada, to complement our personal investments and contributions from donors.
Our Mandate

-
The Wealthy Heart Foundation will fund new and existing programs that help women showing determination and altruistic inclinations achieve financial stability through education, fulfilling employment, and peace of mind. This includes financial support to care for their children and beloved pets.
-
Priority will be given to single mothers and women with the greatest demonstrated need who are also a member of an aboriginal group, or immigrants. That said, we will strive to support everyone as best as we can considering the demand for our services and our capacity for assistance.

Our Values
Together, our values (Transparency, Respect, Altruism, Compassion, and Equality/Equity) make the acronym TRACE – for leaving a positive trace on this world!
We'd also like to emphasize that, at the Wealthy Heart Foundation, we are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), as well as to Truth & Reconciliation. As such, we will seek to employ and serve members from every community, and to repair the harm done by our ancestors.
